This is an original Winchester Model 1894 Legendary Lawmen Commemorative .30-30 Win 16″ barrel. Please note that it has some minor damage or corrosion in one area on the lower tang as it is shown on the one picture. The asking price is quite high so please feel free to make an offer if you are interested and I will discuss it with the owner of the gun. This was more than likely made in 1977 from my research. It would make a nice collectable safe queen to the right person. Hopefully you are the one to give it a new loving home.
