I will be removing this ad due to the fact I’m getting feedback that the barrel may have been replaced at 1 time and I want to double check and ensure that it is all original.
Here we have a rare 1st gen Colt Single action army revolver in 45lc with a 4 ¾” barrel (Also know as the peace maker) serial number 94921 was made in 1883. According to my research this was nickel plated either by colt or by a colt contractor. From what I can tell the nickel plating is original due to the fact the stamping marks are very clear. This gun still has the functions as it should with the 4 clicks it is well know for. The grips are original and one grip has two notches in perhaps it was the owner accounting for the number of people that he had dispatched with this firearm. All the numbers are matching apart from the gate number, I found from my research this was an assembly number. I have a copy of the letter of authenticity from colt you will receive the original along with the gun when you purchase it. I will also be sending with the gun a 1883 Morgan silver dollar and a tombstone badge, as well as a wooden display box with the colt logo on it. I am also open to serious offers on this gem.
